Through special techniques we make zinc oxide to below 100nm, then combine with frozen ground PET to produce the anti-virus& antibacterial PET Masterbatch JF-001.
The PET fiber that used JF-001 can keep very good anti-virus (ISO18184) and antibacterial (AATCC 100) effects after dyeing.
Good adaptability on spinning, can continually produce 14 days without wire-break
