After entering Nihon University, Dr. Jacky Chu realized the future development of silver, copper, and zinc metal materials for antibacterial applications. From university to doctorate, he focused on the research and application of ultra-high concentration solutions of silver, copper, and zinc metals for nearly 10 years, developingd mass production technology for ultra-high concentration metal solutions with 80-year-old Japanese mentor.

There is without any company focusing on R&D and mass production toward manufacturing silver, copper, and zinc metal solutions, although the technology existed already. Besides, the low concentration resulted in high production costs and unable to be widely used in various industries.

After returning to Taiwan, he actively searched for funds and reached a technical transfer cooperation with his Japanese mentor. He invested US$35 million to set up a factory with a production capacity of more than 1,500 tons. It is currently the largest manufacturer of high-concentration silver, copper, and zinc metal solutions in Asia.

After entering mass production, the cost of high-concentration silver, copper, and zinc aqueous solutions would be greatly reduced. It could be used in agriculture, fishery, animal husbandry, and cosmetics manufacturing industries belonging to the first industrial chain and the second industrial chain, successfully replacing the currently widely abused antibiotics and organic fungicides.
